All Race Day XC events are sanctioned by USA Cycling and all racers 6 years and older are required to have a yearly USAC Membership.

For 2025, USA Cycling has a special deal going on right now for MTB racing. Check out the discounted membership rates - with coupon codes listed below that:
- New Members:
Any first-time USA Cycling member will be eligible for a $20 annual license, granting them full membership benefits and eligibility to compete in any USA Cycling event.
- Returning or Expired USAC Members:
Any rider who has previously held a USA Cycling license but has allowed it to expire will be eligible for a renewal rate of $50.
- Mandatory Licensing Requirement:
All competitors must hold a USA Cycling annual license to participate in our event.
One-day licenses will no longer be available.
